The tools to ease tight muscles, improve flexibility, and move better on their schedule. Whether it’s a quick morning stretch, a wind-down before bed, or a mobility boost after a tough session, these routines are simple, effective, and equipment-free.

3 Day BEGINNER (at home)

Here is a simplified, full body workout for the beginner who is planning to work out at-home with no weights.

A blend of basic movement patterns, core work, and some extra cardio to keep the heart rate up!

Most workouts take around 30-minutes to complete.

In weeks 5-8, we slightly up the intensity and add a little bit more work.

MAXIMUM GLUTE BUILDER

Shape up those glutes, no if's, and's, or...well, you know.

This program lasts for 8 weeks and includes:
- 3 workouts (Day 1 - glutes & hamstrings; Day 2 - glutes & quads; Day 3 - glutes, calves, and everything legs) split over the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively.
- Assessments at the start, week 5, and upon completion of week 8.

Couch to 5k Run Plan (3-Day)

his beginner running plan is designed to help you get introduced to running for an approachable distance.

Whether you'd like to do your runs on a treadmill or outdoors is up to you.

Don't worry about your speed for now, just aim to be consistent with the running!

It would benefit you to start each run off with a brisk 5 minute walk.

Feel free to repeat a week or take extra rest days if the training feels like it's moving too quickly for you.

You'll be running 3 days per week, with increasing levels of output over a 6 week period.

The 5k run will happen in just 45 days, so it's time to get started!
