If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or any of our services.

Lynley’s Training offers the following services through this website and the Trainerize app:

• 1-on-1 Online Coaching
• Custom and Pre-Made Digital Training Programs
• In-Person Training (at designated locations)
• Educational Content and Resources
• Optional Add-On Nutrition Coaching through verified partners

All services are for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

By using this Site or purchasing services, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older or have parental consent.
• You have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in a fitness program, or you have obtained prior medical clearance.

Certain products and coaching services require creating an account with Trainerize. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Sell, resell, or exploit any aspect of your membership
• Misrepresent personal information related to your fitness level, injuries, or goals

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, graphics, workouts, and branding, is the intellectual property of UNIQUE PHYSIQUE MPR, LLC.
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission
• Modify or claim ownership of any training materials
• Use content commercially or for resale purposes

Legal action may be taken for infringement.

All payments for digital programs, coaching services, or consultations are processed securely via Stripe or other verified third-party processors.

• All prices are listed in USD.
• You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize charges for your purchases.
• Subscriptions, if any, will automatically renew unless canceled per the outlined terms.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Digital downloads
• Custom coaching services once programming has been delivered
• No-show Sessions

The programs offered by Lynley’s Training are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By participating, you affirm that:

• You have consulted your physician or assume responsibility for doing so.
• You understand there is risk associated with exercise, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.
• You release Lynley’s Training, LLC from any liability arising from your participation.

We do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors including personal effort, consistency, adherence to the program, and other health conditions. We provide the tools, however you must do the work.

We may offer services or programs via platforms such as:

• Trainerize (program delivery)
• Stripe (payment processing)

You agree to comply with the terms and policies of these providers:

• Trainerize Terms of Use
• Trainerize Privacy Policy
• Stripe Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for the data handling or service issues on third-party platforms. 

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

• Harass or threaten others
• Distribute harmful or false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Post or transmit any unlawful, abusive, or infringing content

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIQUE PHYSIQUE MPR, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Data loss
• Unauthorized access
• Inability to use the Site or app
